Everyone has been there, asking themselves and others "why don't they" invent this, or do that.  It's so obvious what should be done, isn't it? Probably these questions are asked most often about things in the home, to include home design, maintenance, decor, and furniture. For instance, why don't they have that little hole in the vanity where tissues can be tossed like in the restaurants?

Phoenix homeowners have a special wish list, because of the fact that Phoenix residents enjoy the casual lifestyle of the Southwest and enjoy an abundance of sunshine in the "Valley of the Sun".  As well, even though the Phoenix metropolitan area is a melting pot of cultures and one of the largest cities in the country, the influence of its western past can't be ignored.
