All proceeds from the event will benefit Solid Rock, a Christian, 501 (c)(3) non-profit Arizona corporation founded by long time Valley residents Alice Cooper and Chuck Savale.

On the heels of his Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction and release of his latest album, “Welcome 2 My Nightmare” Alice Cooper never fails to make this event a true pectacular!  Welcome 2 My Pudding will also include performances from the winners of this year’s Proof is in the Pudding, Alice’s own version of “American Idol.”

Special guest and Iron Chef America winner, Mark Tarbell, is also back to help inspire the holiday spirit by whipping up a special batch of Christmas pudding for all attendees.

“Although I have played more than 100 shows this year, Pudding is the one I look forward to most,” said Cooper. “We love bringing people together for Christmas, for the sake of music and dance and the mission of Solid Rock.”

About Solid Rock

Solid Rock is a Christian, 501 (c)(3) non-profit Arizona corporation founded by long time Valley residents Alice Cooper and Chuck Savale. Together, they envisioned an organization solely dedicated to helping Valley teens. In November of 1995, Solid Rock was founded and the dream became a reality.  Originally, Solid Rock existed to raise money for other Christian organizations and individuals with like-minded missions. However, the dream went well beyond its original fundraising foundation.

Alice and Chuck proposed a teen center that provides an outlet where they can flourish, understand themselves, and learn and equip themselves for the road ahead. Thus, the idea of “The Rock” teen center was born and the primary mission of Solid Rock was realized.  Scheduled to open in the Spring of 2012, The Rock at 32nd Street will minister to teens through the music, dance, art, sports, recreation, and fellowship. With so many public schools forced to cut vital programs like music and dance due to lack of school funding, The Rock will cultivate a love of the arts to inspire and challenge teens to choose artistic excellence instead of drugs, guns, or gangs.
