Want to learn a ton about marketing from experts at a minimal expense? Then you want to schedule the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce hosted third annual marketing summit on October 4, 2013.
The summit will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Edward Jones Training Facility at 8333 S. River Parkway in Tempe. It’s all a part of the Chamber’s mission to help businesses succeed and offers advice from national and local marketing experts. It features targeted breakout sessions with local industry leaders.
Keynote speaker is Ted Wright, founder and managing partner of Fizz. He is a highly touted work of mouth marketers who helped resurrect Pabst Blue Ribbon in 2000. The title of Wright’s presentation is “The why, what and how of word of mouth marketing.” Attendees will learn how to get people talking about and recommending their company.
There will be two breakout sessions geared toward B2B and B2C marketers. Expert panelists come from Off Madison Avenue, Live Nation, Cox Business, AT & T and other local companies. They will share insight into local store marketing, determining the right media outlets and marketing for repeat business.
