The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce (www.phoenixchamber.com) started honoring companies with IMPACT Awards in 1988. They have always been honored for being successful and for the impact they have on the community and the local economy.
They are now accepting nominations for companies in the categories of community champion, entrepreneurial excellence, response to adversity and economic driver. The 2013 IMPACT Business of the Year will be recognized at the annual IMPACT Awards luncheon which will be held on May 14, 2013.
“The nomination process is open to the community and the Chamber encourages community members to nominate deserving businesses that demonstrate a superior level of success while maintaining extensive community involvement, incorporate an entrepreneurial approach to business, have survived tremendous adversity or contribute to the economic vitality of the community,” states a Chamber news release.
