Philly cops looking for pickpocket team

Pickpockets work in teams . Once they settle on a mark (person they think they can steal from) they set their plan in action. The mark is bumped or jostled. With lightning speed, and expert slight of hand, a wallet or billfold is removed from a pocket or purse. The person who grabbed the item is quick to hand off that item to another team member within seconds. The third person acts as a blocker.
