Philly Comic-Con returns Sunday

Philadelphia Comic-Con returns this Sunday, March 3rd, to the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center (formerly the Ramada Philadelphia Airport) in Essington, PA. The show's headling guest is Greg LaRocque ("Legion of Super-Heroes," "The Flash").

Philadelphia Comic-Con is the city's longest running comic convention and has an admission fee of only $3! Parking is free. Convention goers will have access to dozens of vendors selling Golden & Silver Age and new comics, action figures, trading cards and original art across 60 different tables.

Greg LaRocque is best known as the artist on "Legion of Super-Heroes" in the '80s and "The Flash." Samuel Guerrero, Jr. from Engine 9 Studios will also be exhibiting his digital art.

The Philadelphia Comic-Con is from 10AM-4PM at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center, take exit 9a off I-95 due to construction at Exit 8. Door prizes will be given away every hour, beginning at 11AM. That initial door prize will be a custom sketch from Greg Larocque of a character of the winner's choosing. So be sure to get there earliy! Other prizes include show cash to be spent at the convention.
