SOV Ministries (used with permission)

Stellar Award Winner Phillip Carter has launched a consulting agency that should be of great interest to new and emerging gospel artists, as well as veterans looking for key insights into marketing and promotion.

SOV, Inc. is designed to help those of you who need radio promotion, as well as tour support, and assistance with publicity, marketing, social media, distribution, business setup, accounting, and more.

In the announcement, Carter said, "I am tired of seeing Independent artists being taken advantage of due to the lack of information and validation of the people we hire to do work for us. Our money and time are the most valuable resources in Gospel Music today. Everybody in the Gospel Music Industry is feeding off of our money. You probably don't believe it, but its true."

The dates for next year's Independent Gospel Artists Alliance Conference IGAA Conference are July 9-11, 2015 at The Mount in Chesapeake, VA.

IGAA is an educational and networking conference founded by Carter and Stellar Award Winner Earl Bynum that strives to bring together independent Gospel, Christian, and Inspirational Artists and it did just that. The Independent Gospel Artists Alliance Conference (IGAA) took place last month, July 10-12 at The Mount in Chesapeake, Va. It was the fifth year that the conference formed by Stellar Award Winners Phillip Carter and Earl Carter convened with new and veteran indie artists, as well as seasoned industry professionals, and media.
