Phil Klinkenberg talks about food at Universal Orlando's Cabana Bay Resort

Director of food and beverage Phil Klinkenberg was on hand at the grand opening of Cabana Bay Resort at Universal Orlando to chat with the media about the new hotel's food offerings. Click the video accompanying this article to hear what he had to say.

Cabana Bay Resort is heavily themed to the 1950s and 1960s, and its food offerings reflect that period with comfort food like Swedish meatballs and tuna noodle casserole. However, there are plenty of modern offerings, too, like paninis and freshly made salads, and all-time favorites like hot dogs, hamburgers, and pizzas.

Cabana Bay Resort has a massive food court with multiple stations, and you can also dine in the sit-down section of the Galaxy Bowling Alley. There's even a Starbucks between the food court and the lobby for those who need that extra strong caffeine jolt in the morning.

If you'd like to see the food court, bowling alley, and the rest of the property, jump to this article for a full video tour. Go here to learn more about all the on-property Loews hotels or here to learn more about the design.
