Pharrell Williams wore a massive mounty hat to the Grammy Awards earlier this year and the hat quickly went viral. Everyone was talking about his crazy fashion choice, which just happens to be designed by Vivienne Westwood. He said that he would put the hat on eBay and the profits from the sale would go to charity. And after the Oscars yesterday, he announced who was the lucky winner. According to a new tweet released on March 2, Pharrell Williams’ hat was bought by Arby’s restaurants.

“Thank you to whoever bought my Grammy hat on eBay for $44,100. Your donation benefits From One Hand To AnOTHER,” Pharrell tweeted. He was unsure who the final buyer was, but Arby’s was quick to reach out. “You're welcome. We're HAPPY to support a great cause & get our hat back. Good luck at the #Oscars tonight,” the restaurant tweeted to the rapper.

Of course, Pharrell performed his hit sing, “Happy,” during the awards show, and he must have known who had bought his hat by then. What do you think of the restaurant outbidding people who wanted to support his charity?
