Once again tremendous grief sweeps across America after awareness that Grammy Award winning songstress, Whitney Houston was found dead in her Beverly Hills hotel suite just hours before a Pre-Grammy celebration jumped off.
Media has not released much information, however EMT's that arrived at the scene and tried to revive Whitney report prescription drugs were present and had been consumed, although no illegal drugs were found in her room. There is strong indication that Whitney over used prescription medication causing unconsciousness and subsequently drowning in the hotel bath tub.
This resonance of prescription drug related deaths seem to be never ending as the untimely deaths of many well known icons continue to occur over the last decade. The cities population is 97,471 and currently has an unemployment rate of 7.9% or approximately 7,700 unemployed citizens in December 2011. As of December 29, 2011 AAIPharma's revenue was $171 million. Of that, $50 million was made by the North Charleston location. These facts don't paint a picture, yet create an obvious scene more like connect the dots. The rich and famous with their on staff doctors and and around the clock medical care and access, are not even immune to the dangers and fatalities of prescription abuse and misuse. Therefore the unemployed and uninsured certainly are at risk.
