Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida sat together as a united front on the couch of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” reunion show and it was obvious the couple were ready for a fight. With Kenya Moore offering up plenty of juicy attacks, the situations seemed very tense. According to Hollywood on Monday, the couple seemed to dodge questions about the charges against Apollo in court.

While the couple seemed to assert control on the show, it appears that there is issue of stopping the rumors of Phaedra Parks being homeless in the future. Fans have been discussing what might happen if Apollo Nida decides to take a plea in the case and how it would change his family. One thing that people are alleging is that property and cash in his possession would need to be given as part of a plea.

According to CocoaFab the court documents assert that he will be forced to fork over “any property constituting or derived from proceeds obtained directly or indirectly as a result of” his alleged crimes. This would mean that anything that could be tied to his previous activity could be taken.

So will this put Phaedra Parks on the street since the couple lives together? Apparently not, as the home that the family (well, at least Phaedra Parks and her two children) reside in is in her name and has nothing to do with Apollo Nida’s business dealings. Add that the reality star hasn’t been involved in the situation from the start, and it is doubtful Parks is doing anything more than watching what might happen just like the viewers.

Where to do all these crazy rumors start about Phaedra Parks? It appears this cast member of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” has more gossip than the rest of the cast and some point to a few folks back in Atlanta. Maybe it is jealousy or just people being annoying, but it still makes interesting thought of why she is targeted more than NeNe Leakes or Cynthia Bailey.
