Phaedra Parks portrays herself on the reality TV show the Real Housewives of Atlanta as a high class lawyer to the stars, but husband Apollo Nida could be taking all that away from her soon with his fraudulent activities.
Apollo Nida is being accused of depositing millions of dollars into multiple accounts with stolen US Treasury checks and for processing fraudulent auto title loans. Nida gained access to personal accounts and allegedly stole identities while laundering money through fake fitness companies and other fake businesses. Apollo Nida is no stranger to a prison sell, the real husband was imprisoned before for what Phaedra called a "white collared crime," on an episode of RHOA.
Nida was released on a 25,000 bond last month and is set to head to court on February 12 with wife Phaedra Parks by his side. Park's name is on multiple accounts and serves as co-owner of some of Apollo's false companies, but she says she did not know of his illegal endeavors.
Although there is no hard evidence against the real housewife as of yet, the Atlanta couple is still under investigation. Parks could be looking at a possible disbarment and jail time.
