Phaedra Parks recently shared with the world that she and husband, Apollo Nida, are expecting a second baby. Now Phaedra is revealed that she is hoping her baby is a girl.
Phaedra admits that at first she only cared about a healthy baby and actually was leaning more towards wanting a boy than a girl. She went so far as to say that she was "anti-girl" due to fears of having to deal with a teenage girl. However, her husband Apollo wants a girl and so does her son, Ayden, so Phaedra has come around and realized that when girls grow up, they tend to be best friends with their mothers, so she is looking forward to that.
The main source of Phaedra's change of heart? Her son Ayden who adamantly wants a little sister. He has had practice with his little cousin, who is a girl, who he at first thought was his sister. He keeps telling Phaedra and Apollo that he wants a sister and when asked "What if it's a boy?" He shouts "Nooooo!" and reminds them that he wants a sister.
For Phaedra's sake, let's hope she has a little girl so that she doesn't have to break Ayden's heart if she brings home a little boy. However, at the end of the day, all that matters is that Phaedra and Apollo's new bundle of joy is healthy.
