Animal Welfare League, located on 10305 Southwest Highway, is Chicago’s largest humane society. They are holding pet adoptions at a different PetSmart every Saturday. The upcoming adoption will be held on Jan. 12, 2013 at PetSmart located on 500 Broadview Village Square Broadview, Ill. 60155 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Animal Welfare League staff and volunteers will be onsite to answer questions and assist with potential adoptions.
All animals include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, booster vaccine, microchip, feline Leukemia or heartworm test and 10-day health guarantee. This is a great chance to get the pet you always wanted. Dogs are $135 each and cats are $73 for one or two cats. PetSmart also offers training, pet food, toys, pet books and smaller animals like fish, snakes and turtles.
