Yesterday, Peter Facinelli hit up The Today Show to promote both The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1's forthcoming DVD/Blu-ray release as well as Loosies, his independent picture which is now available On-Demand through Time Warner Cable and on iTunes.
During the interview, Facinelli was asked the usual question - that is, why people love Twilight so much - and Facinelli had an interesting response. He noted that throughout the book series, "Edward Cullen" comes through as a "timeless gentleman," which readers really respond to.
Facinelli also talked about his time filming The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - mentioning that he brought his three daughters down to New Orleans during the shoot for a day on Bourbon Street.
He also mentioned that his kids have seen all the Twilight Saga pictures so far, and, adorably, his youngest thought it was him on Skype the first time she saw Twilight and got upset that he wasn't responding to her. So cute, right?
