Peter Asher of Peter & Gordon is going out on tour with a new multimedia program. “Peter Asher: A Musical Memoir of the 60s and Beyond," features the Grammy Award-winning singer and producer discussing his career and his memories of the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt and others.
The show will be performed at 8 and 10:30 p.m. Dec. 3 at Iridium, 1650 Broadway, New York, 7 p.m. Dec. 5 at the Coach House, 33157 Camino Capistrano, San Juan Capistrano, and 8 p.m. Dec. 7 at The Grammy Museum, 800 Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles.
The show, which made its debut in Canada earlier in the year, mixes video clips, photos from Asher's personal archive and storytelling from his nearly five decades in the business. It also features live performances of music, including Peter & Gordon hits -- "I Go to Pieces," "True Love Ways" and "Lady Godiva," along with "Woman", "I Don't Want to See You Again," Nobody I Know," and "World Without Love," which were given to the singing duo by Paul McCartney.
Tickets for the Grammy Museum show, which are $15, are now on sale and can be purchased at the Museum Box Office (213-765-6803) or online. The Ticketmaster website has tickets for the Grammy Museum and the Coach House shows. For the Iridium show, call the box office at (212) 582-2121.

I'll be going to the Grammy Museum show. It's a great place for an event like this.
