A unique photo of the Beatles with Pete Best at the Cavern Club that was signed on the back by Ringo Starr at one of his early gigs with the Beatles will be among items auctioned Saturday by Philip Weiss Auctions in a sale of rock 'n' roll and Hollywood memorabilia.

- "Four Beatles Autographs on a 1962 Black & White Photo, original black and white 6.25" x 8.25," Photo pictures Beatles with orginal drummer Pete Best, an original print of the famous photo taken at the Cavern Club, back stamped by photographer, "PARDOE" with address in Liverpool, signed in person at Cavern Club in August 1962 at one of Ringo's first gigs with the band and all that anyone had at the time were photos with Pete Best, the reverse is signed, "To Carol love John Lennon," "Love Paul McCartney," "To Carol, Love from George Harrison," and "Ringo Starr," signatures in pen, excess tape and tape residue, overall excellent condition. Comes with Letter of Authenticity from James Spence."
- "1973 Important Content John Lennon & Yoko Ono Typed Signed Letter, John Lennon and Yoko Ono hand signed by both. Letter is addressed to "Mr. Hall Smith, c/o Senator Sam Ervin". The content is thanking Mr. Smith for arranging a visit to the historic Watergate Hearings. In addition to the TLS, included is a 6" x 8" "War Is Over" postcard also hand signed by Lennon and Ono, and dated June 28, 1973. Letter and postcard come in the original mailing envelope, however the addresses on the envelope are not written by Lennon or Ono."
