For whatever the reason, PETA has hosted a lineup of veggies that have irked the Super Bowl committee.
PETA's "Veggie Love" commercial ad has been banned from the Super Bowl ad lineup.

The spot was "deemed too hot for Super Bowl XLIII" and features a "bevy of beauties" and sexy supermodels who engage in "veggie love" - The ad claiming vegans "have better sex".
In related news, the first of 2010 will bring celebrity vegan Alicia Silverstone out to help those interested in making a diet change with a "21-day Vegan Kickstart" sponsored by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
PETA often teams up with celebs to get the word out.
Famous faces who have teamed up with the animal rights group include Playboy model Joanna Krupa, Amanda Beard, Dancing with the Stars dancer Karina Smirnoff and Pamela Anderson, See the banned commerical after the jump! What do you think? Racy or not so much?

No men; no nudity; no dialogue, just the explicit suggestion that these sexy models are vegetarians and that they have better sex because of it. How is this less acceptable than suggesting men in $80,000 cars are sexier - most commercials try to associate their products with sexy, attractive lifestyles. This commercial was just amusing stab at relating vegetables to sex - totally inoffensive.
