Personal Renewal Group for moms of children with special needs

Balance may be easier to achieve with a little support and self-renewal. Rhonda McMahon says a Personal Renewal Group will help.

All moms need a break sometimes. Moms who have children with special health challenges can benefit from a break that will target their specific needs.

"Connecting with other moms who know what it’s like to walk in your shoes helps you feel less alone. In my groups you will learn how to make your own self-care a priority so that you can achieve greater life balance for yourself and your family."~Personal Renewal for Special Needs Moms

Moms, enjoy this invitation from Rhonda McMahon about a unique coaching group meeting in North Austin. Rhonda and the Personal Renewal Group Model offer a unique perspective on self-care and support:

"I'm happy to announce the launch of my new north Austin Personal Renewal Group (PRG) for Mothers of Children with Special Needs. This group will meet at Mind Body Yoga on the 2nd Sunday of the month from 3-5:30 p.m. starting June 12 and is open to new members through the second meeting on July 10. You must register in advance. I invite you to visit my website (link below) to learn more about me and this empowering and nurturing life coaching program for mothers at various life stages. It is based on the award-winning book, The Mother’s Guide to Self-Renewal: How to Reclaim, Rejuvenate and Re-Balance Your Life, written by my friend, Renee Trudeau.

Here are a few testimonials from special needs moms who have participated in my PRGs:

  • “As the mother of a special needs child, PRG has given me a healthy perspective to face daily challenges. Motherhood and life in general is easier and more joyful when I have balance and emotional well-being. PRG has given me the insights and tools to achieve it.” ~Mary Ann
  • “Rhonda is an absolutely gifted facilitator. She created a safe, peaceful, warm, inviting and comfortable environment for all of us. It was wonderful to know I wasn’t alone in my struggles as a special needs mom and that it was okay to acknowledge my feelings in order to successfully process them and grow as a person and mother.” ~Chondra
  • “PRG has helped me find myself again. I feel like I am taking better care of myself and gaining more clarity on what I want to do with my career. Meeting other moms that have similar issues has made me feel less alone. And PRG has helped me learn that if I am happier, everyone [around me] will be happier.” ~Jennifer
