Good news for working Floridians. Incomes for state residents are increasing.
The Office of Governor Rick Scott released a statement on October 1 stating that the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis is reporting that the income of state residents has increased by 1.5 percent, the highest increase in the nation.
"Great. I am glad that people are stating make more money. This means more job opportunities for all of us," said Paul Jacobson, a restaurant manager.
"I hope this means more people will be spending money. I need people to come and buy clothing from my store," said Brandy Cohn.
