Many One Direction fans around the world were shocked to hear yesterday that Zayn Malik had reportedly been caught cheating on Little Mix girlfriend Perrie Edwards. Perez Hilton reports this Monday, Jan. 28, that these cheating rumors remain unconfirmed, and despite the Australian waitress now claiming the 1D singer tried to tape her in the act, Perrie Edwards is still together with her boyfriend for now and “still loves” Zayn.
Courtney Webb, the waitress in question who is claiming she had a love affair with Zayn Malik of One Direction while away on tour from his girlfriend, has added this week to her statement that Zayn tried to make a “sex tape” of the act on his phone.
“[Zayn] was very selfish and just wanted one thing … Then I noticed a bright light in my face. He was trying to film me on his phone! I couldn’t believe it. I stopped and told him to delete it.”
Despite the cheating accusations, however, none of the allegations against Zayn Malik have been confirmed. It wasn't long ago that Zayn opened up on how much he loves his girlfriend, so it's hopeful the cheating rumors aren't true, at least.
Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards is one who seems to believe the story against the One Direction star may be fake, or is at least unwilling to believe it, as she is still planning on meeting with him to “talk things out” while on her own tour.
One of Perrie’s friends noted:
“We’ve been telling her [Zayn] will never change his ways … But Perrie really wants to believe in Zayn. She’s still in love with him and wants things to work out, but feels humiliated by what this woman is going around saying.”
