Former White house press secretary and shill for George W. Bush went on Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace yesterday and said the world would not be meeting to discuss Global Climate Change in Copenhagen starting today if it were not for Bush backing out of the Kyoto Protocols.

Perino said, "Because he declined to go forward with Kyoto, which was ultimately the right thing to do because the major economies like China and India weren't at the table, he worked to get them at the table and now this meeting is the next logical step in that process.”

Bush is not the President now, but she credits him for bringing China and India to the talks in the coming days. Perino mentioned that Bush admitted that Global Climate Change was caused by mankind, and she even said that the goals of President Obama “are reasonable in terms of ambition for 2020”, but not beyond that. And, she also admitted that she was not a scientist, but that doesn’t mean she cannot use her opinions instead of the facts.

Last week on the Fox opinion show “Hannity”, Perino said that while Bush was President there were no terrorist attacks in the United States, thinking that the 911 occurred under Clinton.

Dana Perino while on C-SPAN also gave Bush credit for the rise in the stock market back in March, right after it hit it’s lowest point..

It’s never to soon to rewrite history when the history involves former President George W. Bush.
