Set in a universe based on the wuxia novels from Louis Cha, “Swordsman” was built using Perfect World’s latest game engine, Angelica III, and the story takes place during the era of the Ming Dynasty. Players will be able to choose from ten class-defining martial arts schools, as they journey to become a legendary martial artist, engaging in real-time combat with members of rival schools and the Ming government.

Screenshots can be found in the slideshow and the game’s announcement trailer is also available on the left. To learn more about “Swordsman”, and to sign up for the closed beta, the date for the beta has yet to be announced and the game is currently in the alpha stage, you can visit the “Swordsman” official site.
