Sunday's event, the second event in the HARRA Marathon Warm-Up Series and the fourth in the Fall Race Series featured perfect weather for racing. The two downsides is it being a multiple loop course and the fact that it's all bone-jarring concrete. Can't have everything.

The temperature at the start was in the low 50s, and if anything, it began to cool down further as the latest cold front continued to roll through the Texas gulf coast area.

Heidy Lozano took the honor of first overall female, clocking in with a chip time of 1:39:27.2. On the men's side it was Luis Armentaros with a respectable 1:25:34.4. See the full age group results. Also, go here for 25K race photo coverage.

The next race in the Marathon Warm-Up Series and the Fall Race Series is the Finish Line Sports 30K, slated for December 12, 2010.
