ESPN says that Harvin will head to Seattle Monday night for undergo a physical. If all falls into place, the trade will be made official Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET.

The team and Percy seemed to work on moving forward after some rocky times last summer, but then he spent a solid part of the season injured. That said, he still had impressive stats for the season and it's not a surprise other teams would be willing to make a deal for him.
