Peppermint candy recipe

What flavors go together better than white chocolate and peppermint? Hmmm… I’m not sure!
Ready for one of the words easiest recipes? Here you go…

Peppermint Chocolate Candy

  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • 2-3 candy canes, crushed*

Line a jelly roll pan with non-stick foil.
Crush candy canes by placing them unwrapped in a zip lock bag and hitting them with a rolling pin.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Stir crushed candy into melted chips.
Spread mixture into prepared pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Break apart into pieces.

Get creative and use different flavored candy canes or candy sticks!

Mmmm, I love this - my mother and I call it "Peppermint Bark." We usually make it during the holiday season (great gift idea!)
