For fashion devotees, the People's Choice Awards are a fashion preview of the Golden Globes, the Screen Actors Guild Awards and ultimately, the Academy Awards.

Nina Dobrev is no stranger to red carpet’s best dressed list. One of our favorite fashionistas to watch, Dobrev favors designers like Ellie Saab and Donna Karen. She knows what works for her body and she sticks with it, always staying elegant, stylish and stunning.

In the past Dobrev has worked her style magic at the People’s Choice Awards. At the 2012 People’s Choice Awards , she stood out in a chic Elie Saab Spring 2012 dress, which she accessorized with a Lauren Merkin clutch and nude heels. Who and what will be it this time? We will settle for Elie Saab Spring 2004 or any custom Donna Karen creation.

This year, the star is up for a Favorite Sci-Fi/Fantasy TV Actress Award, and is competing against Emilia Clarke, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Kristin Kreuk and Tatiana Maslany.

According to CBS News, this year’s People’s Choice Awards will be hosted by “2 Broke Girls” stars Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs. Attendees include Drew Barrymore, Robert Downey Jr., Zac Efron, Anna Faris, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Queen Latifah, Juliana Margulies, Melissa McCarthy, Shemar Moore, Ian Somerhalder, Britney Spears, Miles Teller, and Justin Timberlake, among many others.

The People’s Choice Awards celebrates movies, TV and music, and will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.
