Celebrities from television, music and film turned out for the People's Choice Awards Wednesday night. Queen Latifah hosted the awards show, which aired live on CBS. Pop singer Katy Perry won Female Artist of the Year.

Taylor Swift, who's bringing her Speak Now tour to Little Rock in October, picked up the Country Artist of the Year trophy. Johnny Depp won for Favorite Movie Actor, accepting his award from Swift, and Kristen Stewart won Favorite Movie Actress for her roles in the Twilight films. Depp beat out Twilight star Robert Pattinson for the award.

Zac Efron won Favorite Movie Star Under 25. The Kardashians edged out Jersey Shore for Favorite TV Guilty Pleasure. Jane Lynch and Neil Patrick Harris won Favorite TV Comedy Actress and Actor.

Queen Latifah opened the show with a rousing performance of Taio Cruz's "Dynamite." Selena Gomez and Kid Rock also performed.

The People's Choice Awards aired live on CBS (KTHV Ch. 11 in Little Rock).
