It is true that the job market is slowly improving. The economy is improving and many unemployed people are finding jobs.

But some people continue to struggle.

Ronald Baldwin, a computer systems engineer was laid off twice during the recession. He has found mostly short term jobs. "It has been tough. I worked two jobs that lasted four and six months. I am hoping to find something more permanent," said Baldwin.

"I think things are starting turn around. And I am hoping for a better job or a promotion," said Kimberly Brantley a waitress.

"It would be nice if I could get a promotion. I feel I am stuck in a dead end job and I want something better," said Tommy Downs, who works in landscaping.
