As was mentioned in recent articles, Emmaus High School held a pretty big 3 lift powerlifting contest last Saturday, which I was unfortunately unable to attend in person.

Fortunately, Joe Bottiglieri & Joe Henrich at the school were very kind and helpful in providing the results from the meet so that we could provide this report. The overall results were broken up into “big school totals” and “small school totals”

Big Schools
As you can see in the tables, Glen Mills ran away with the big school title, with Whitehall coming in 2nd, and the host school finishing in 3rd place, followed closely by Souderton, and with Pleasant Valley making a showing as well.

The smaller schools were well represented also, with Southern Lehigh edging out Jim Thorpe for 1st place, which came in 2nd, followed by Abington Heights in 3rd. Lehighton and Perkiomen also put in good showings.
