Longtime local HIV/AIDS advocates Penn & Teller presented the key to their theater, The Penn & Teller Theater, to Golden Rainbow executives as their nonprofit goes into their 28th annual “Ribbon of Life” fundraiser of the year that will be held on Sunday, June 22. The fundraiser will be held at Rio All-Hotel & Casino. Golden Rainbow’s Executives were welcomed in the theater’s “monkey room” by the headliners just before the “Ribbon of Life” rehearsals.

Golden Rainbow is a nonprofit that provides housing and financial assistance to men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS in Southern Nevada. Members of the entertainment industry founded Golden Rainbow in 1987 and since have been committed to serving the HIV/AIDS community through fundraising and related education.

This year’s production is titled “Under the Big Top” which is circus-inspired with an exhilarating cast of performers like Clint Holmes, Reva Rice, Josh Strickland a well as cast members from world known shows on The Strip and beyond like Michael Jackson ONE, Cirque du Soleil’s The Beatles LOVE, Zumanity and many more! Tickets for the one-of-a-kind experience “Under the Big Top” start at $45 and can be purchased online or at the properties box office.
