Penn State Gov. sues NCAA over sanctions punishing child abuse scandal!

Pennsylvania's governor, Tom Corbett has announced his intentions of sueing the NCAA. The NCAA impossed a $60 million penalty, 4 year post season ban, 40 scholarship reductions and vacation of all wins from 1998-2011. Governor Corbett says he is sueing on the behalf of the students and the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He says, "Why punish citiens of Pennsylvania who had nothing to do with this?"

The FBI found Penn State leaders did not handle allegations against Jerry Sandusky appropriately, which caused more children to be abused. Since then, Sandusky has been sentences to 30-60 years on 45 counts of child sexual abuse. Soon after the scandal, Corbett announced, "part of the corrective process is to accept the serious penatly imposed today by the NCAA". But apparently, now there is a decrepancy over the way the money will spent and Corbett has accused the NCAA as beneffitting from the fine. The state believes the money should go back to the state. Sandusky is appealing his case.
