After losing to the Detroit Red Wings, 4-1, on Monday night, the Pittsburgh Penguins made a couple of roster moves. The Penguins re-assigned eleven players to their respective junior teams and to their AHL affiliate, the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins.
The following players have been re-assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the AHL:

C Brian Gibbons
LW Dominik Uher
D Clark Seymour
D Reid McNeill
D Nick D’Agostino
The following players have been re-assigned to their respective junior teams:
G Matt Murray (Sault St. Marie-OHL)
G Tristan Jarry (Edmonton-WHL)
C Matia Marcantuoni (Kitchener-OHL)
C Jean-Sebastien Dea (Rouyn-Noranda-QMJHL)
As noted above, Jean-Sebastien Dea was sent back to his junior hockey team, but before he was re-assigned, Dea was signed to a three year entry-level contact with Pittsburgh that will kick in whenever he turns pro.
