Penelope Cruz is pregnant! According to a report posted today at Hollywood.com Penelope Cruz is pregnant with her second child, and due to give birth later this year. Cruz, 38 already has a son, 2-year-old Leonardo, with her husband Javier Bardem, 43.
So far reps for the couple have not confirmed the Penelope Cruz pregnant reports, but if the reports are true, she will be pregnant at the same time as her sister Monica, 35, who announced last month she is expecting her first baby via an anonymous sperm donor.
Cruz, who gave birth to her son Leonardo in January 2011, says motherhood "is a revolutionary experience," adding how it "transforms you completely, in a second. Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment, when you see that face, you are transformed forever."
Cruz, who previously dated Tom Cruise and Matthew McConaughey, married Bardem in the Caribbean back in 2010 with a few relatives in attendance. The couple had known one another since meeting on the set of Penelope's debut film, Spanish comedy drama 'Jamon Jamon' when she was 18-years-old.
