Beautiful Penelope Cruz and her hubby, Javier Bardem are expecting their second child. The “To Rome, With Love” actress is showing that second baby bump and looking good.
Cruz had her first son, Leonardo, in January 2011. She and Bardem had become husband and wife six months before the birth. The couple were married at a friend’s home in the Bahamas.
The Spanish celeb broke down in tears during an interview with Vogue after her first child was born:
From the first second, you feel so much love. It is a revolutionary experience. That’s the best way I can describe it. It transforms you completely, in a second. Nature is very wise and gives you nine months to prepare, but in that moment, when you see that face, you are transformed forever.
Cruz’s sister, Monica Cruz, will be pregnant right along with her sister, at least for a few months. Monica announced her pregnancy earlier in January. She is expecting her first baby through a sperm donation.
On El Pais, a Spanish newspaper blog, Cruz wrote:
I’m going to be a mother! I have managed to fulfill the dream of a lifetime. Because of that I want to share with all of you this special journey and be able to tell you about all of my experiences during this fascinating time…
