Peeping Tom reported in TU ladies room and University Village Apartments

On June 7, 2011 at approximately 7:07 PM, a member of the Towson University faculty was in the Center for the Arts Building on the TU campus using the ladies restroom when she observed the below described subject looking through the opening by the closed stall door.

When she inquired as to his purpose, he fled the scene. The faculty member observed this subject standing in the hallway before entering the restroom.

Suspect Description:  The suspect is described as male, black, 18-20 years of age, thin build, medium length hair, pointy goatee, wearing glasses, with a white t-shirt with block letters across the front and wearing soft heel boating shoes.

Off-Campus Incident:

Additionally, Baltimore County Police are investigating a similar incident from the nearby University Village Apartments adjacent to Towson University. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Campus View Drive, Towson, MD, on June 7, 2011 at about 11:55 PM. During this incident, the victim was in her ground floor apartment when she observed a subject staring through a window at her. She only saw his face and described the suspect as:

Young black male, wearing a turquoise baseball hat with purple emblem and wearing glasses.

It is possible these incidents involved the same suspect.
