EQX and the City of Albany, plus other kick ass supporters bring to us the 2ndAnnual Pearl-a-Palooza!
This Saturday, September 24th, 2011. Noon-9pm.
FREE admission, All Ages. On Pearl Street, Downtown Albany.
The main stage is located at Pearl St and Pine St and performing on another stage emerging artists will be located at Pearl St and Sheridan St. This outdoor event goes on rain or shine.
Performing on The Real Alternative Main Stage :
A Million Years 12:00pm. A Brooklyn based 4 piece band, known for their debut album Mischief Maker an electronica/indie-rock/awesome/timeless gem that hits that "wow" button when ya first hear their beats.
DOM 1:15pm. Sun Bronzed Greek Gods straight outta Massachusetts? Hm. Ladies, if the title doesn't suck you in, their music sure will.
Black Taxi 2:30pm. Another Brooklyn based band, ohhh snap, known for their energetic/hallucinogen-like performances are guaranteed to hook the crowd early.
Locksley 3:45pm. The Whip. Enough said.
Company of Thieves, 5:15pm. If you didn't catch them at Northern Lights this summer, now's your chance. Do it.
MUTEMATH 7:30pm. You may have seen this band at various music fests including VooDoo Music Experience in NOLA, Coachella and Lollapalooza.
On the 2ndstage, emerging artists include: Ten Year Vamp at 6:30, Around The World and Back at 4:45pm, Wild Adriatic at 3pm, Timbre Coup at 2pm, and at 12:45pm Black Mountain Symphony.
