- 3 pears, diced
- 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped
- 3 tbsp goat cheese crumbles

- 1/4 cup honey

Bring a pot of water to a boil; cook the sweet potatoes until tender when pierced with a fork. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, warm the oil in a large saute pan. Saute the diced pears for a few minutes until just soft. Do not overcook or they will become mushy.
In a bowl, carefully stir together the pear, sweet potato, pecans, goat cheese crumbles and sea salt.
Cut the sourdough baguette in diagonal slices, approximately 1/2-inch thick each. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Broil until lightly toasted.
Spoon the pear mixture onto the toast. Drizzle with honey and serve!
