Peak Physique is a personal training studio in Spring Valley, NY. It is just minutes away from Bergen County, NJ. They provide individual personal training and small group training. They run boot camp classes (currently held in the morning 6 days a week and in the evening 4 days a week), boxing classes (currently held in the morning 6 days a week and in the evening 4 days a week), kickboxing, they run a weight loss challenge competition, they provide nutritional counseling, and they sell weight loss supplements.
The daily boot camp utilizes a wide variety of equipment from kettle bells to the rope machine. Men, women, and teenagers can all participate in the same class whether they are beginners or advanced. Adjustments can be made to any exercise to accommodate everyone's unique needs. The class is challenging, fun, and shows results in strength and endurance.
For those participating in the weight loss challenge, the boot camp becomes an integral part of the day. It helps participants to gain more energy and helps to speed up metabolism.

As a former US Marine, he is a no-nonsense type of trainer, but also has a sense o humor. He is very strict about punctuality and trying your hardest at all times. He is extremely knowledgeable about every exercise and believes the keys to success are: "dedication, discipline, desire, determination, motivation, fitness and nutrition education, proper technique, strong leadership, knowledge, and experience."
Lou Maddelana has the following certifications:

Conditioning, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Kinesiology/ Biomechanics, Injury Care and Prevention to Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching, as well as Sport & Motivational Psychology.
He is a great motivator and is a mastermind at stretches for every part of the body. He is especially good at stretches and exercises for preventative injury and for recovery. He comes up with fun routines that are challenging, but also competitive for everyone involved.
Martin Calzadilla runs many of the boxing classes. He has personal experience in boxing and martial arts. He is extremely welcoming and encouraging to everyone, especially beginners. He knows when to push people. He can come up with a variety of routines on the spot and can change his daily plan based on the needs of the group.
Eva Eckert has the following certifications: AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, DSWF - BOSU Integrated Balance Training , DSWF Drums Alive, Prenatal Fitness and CPR.
She is strict while running classes, but is also very encouraging. She is also a certified weight loss and wellness coach and gives great advice when it comes to losing, gaining, and maintaining weight. She listens to the needs and goals of the person requesting help and gives instruction based on his/her unique needs.
