PB Spa-tacular Event: The Spa after Dark at PGA National SPA

There are lots of very good reasons for going to a spa. Indulging in some much-needed 'me' time, relaxing and shutting yourself off from the world.  These are some of the more popular reasons but some SPAs are able to go beyond and offer more to their clients.

The Spa at PGA National has this type of ability to go beyond and in addition to serving the most high-end treatments they also can create an unique experience through contagious fun that permeates a fabulous flair.

On October 12th the Spa at PGA National hosted the The Spa After DarkParty- Moonlight Soiree benefiting Susan G.Komen for the Cure.

About two-hundred locals headed to the Spa for a special night under a full moon and enjoyed live beauty demonstrations featuring the latest in men’s and women’s skin and hair care lines, body treatments and cosmetics enhancements.

The evening featured champagne, wine, and a special selected menu with great music offered by 95.5 FM DJ Valentine.

On an evening with a gorgeous full moon outside, the beauties were given a chance to be educated on some upscale beauty products lines like Talika, Moroccan Oil, Epicurean, DS Laboratories, and Clarisonic

The evening had live hair demonstrations with Lead Stylist, Maria Salamis, showing off the new trend feathering for the hair.

A make-up artist with Jane Iredale mineral make-up, together with  Saks Fifth Avenue, offered complimentary makeovers allowing guests to try their lines first hand.

Palm Beach Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr. Frederic M. Barr, was also present and answered all guests concerns, comments and questions about any of the new medical spa services now offered at the Spa at PGA National.

And a long line of attendees could not wait to have their tarot cards read by Deborah Graham, a renowned South Florida psychic.

The thrill of the evening was a Belly Dancer show next to the Waters of the World mineral pools. The Spa at PGA National offers the Waters of the World pools which is an exclusive spa amenity available only at this local spa.

Finally, Beauty and Body Guide of Palm Beach County shared with the audience their website which is a directory of exciting coupons for all the local spas and salons including the Spa at PGA National.

The Spa at PGA National hosted a beautiful night with a beautiful reason. Silent Auctions featured items like an OBAJI Gift set, Epicuren Gift basket, Kerastase products, a gift certificate for Sclerotherapy by Medicus Vein Care, and jewelry by Hamilton Jewelers. As a result of the silent auctions, The Spa at PGA National was able to donate $1200 in contributions to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Congratulations Spa at PGA National for the Spa-tacular event, a magical night for the guests and G.Komen for the Cure.

What’s next? Stay tuned girls!
