The movie press specs state that I Used To Be Darker “was shot 100% in Maryland at the direction of Baltimore native Matt Porterfield with the support of many film lovers in Maryland including Tony Foreman and Jack & Nancy Dwyer. The story line of the film honors personal experiences about the complexity of life.”
