'Pawn Stars': Olivia Black gets fired for being porn star

Olivia Black, the sexy brunette who works the night shift at Gold and Silver Pawn Shop for the reality TV show "Pawn Stars", has been fired, reported Radar Online on Wednesday.

Black, 27, who hasn't had a lot of air time, was hired in season 5 of "Pawn Stars" to work the night shift. She was sometimes seen with Chumlee, who was teased for having a crush on Black, during evening transactions. Because of her attractiveness and fan rapport, Olivia has enjoyed a unique cult following.

Black had bad news for her fans yesterday however, revealing on her Facebook wall late Wednesday night that she had been fired from the "Pawn Stars" show right before Christmas. Apparently, the "Pawn Stars" owners, Rick and Corey Harrison, were tipped off to Black's previous gigs via The National Enquirer. The tabloid magazine looked into Black's past and found that she used to model for a soft core porn site called Suicide Girls.

The site features young women who embody a punk rock style, offering nude photos of women clad in piercings and tattoos for a members only site. Back in 2008, the exotic beauty fit right in.

Black announced the bad news by posting, "S**t....I was just fired."

Black's fans were clearly upset. Many were shocked and thought it was a joke, but Black further clarified, "Nay, Sadly this is not a joke....I no longer work for Gold and Silver Pawn Shop, it has been a whirlwind of a year, and now I must move on."

Black reportedly applied at the "Pawn Stars" shop to earn extra money while working a night shift.

Still, Black holds no ill will towards her former bosses at "Pawn Stars", posting late last night:

Just as simple as down sizing. It is of no fault of the guys. I still adore my bosses fully!!! ♥

Her fans may not want to count her out yet though. If Black's ambition is any indication so far, she just may parlay this added publicity in to another reality show.

"Pawn Stars" is currently in its sixth season. New episodes air on Mondays at 10 PM EST on the History channel.
