"Jersey Shore" star and celebrity mixmaster DJ Pauly D has landed a new Las Vegas residency. The 32-year-old Rhode Island native confirmed he's leaving Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for an exclusive new gig at Aria Resort & Casino on the other side of the strip. "Starting 2013 off with a dope new Las Vegas residency!!!! Haze Night Club kicks off Jan 19th !!!" Pauly tweeted on Saturday. "Pauly D is thrilled to partner with Light Group for 2013," a rep for Pauly D tells Examiner.com.
A statement on the Haze Nightclub site calls the club the "go to weekend nightlife spot for wild parties" and confirms Pauly D will deejay monthly throughout the year. "Expect nothing less as exclusive monthly resident DJ Pauly D gets the party started. This night is going to be one to remember."
The Haze Nightclub residency is the third Las Vegas residency Pauly D has landed. He started at The Palms in 2011 -- a gig that was featured on "The Pauly D Project". During 2012, he held two exclusive residencies -- one at Vanity Nighclub at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Sin City -- and the other at The Pool After Dark at Harrah's Resort & Casino in Atlantic City. That residency has been extended for a second year.
