Paula Deen diet: It's all about moderation

Paula Deen's diet has fans talking. On Jan. 3, the star spoke out about how she has lost the weight and kept it off. According to US Magazine, she says that it is all about moderation and she hasn't made huge diet changes.

Paula lost 36 lbs. and she has kept all of it off for a year now. She said that she had to learn not to overindulge. She just has to eat a normal portion. She still enjoys her favorite foods just not as much of them as she used to before. Paula also said that she doesn't eat fat free foods though. She would rather eat less of something than it taste awful.

Huffington Post says she has also started using Greek yogurt. It is great to add creaminess to a recipe. Fans know that Paula Deen wouldn't use it if it didn't taste great.
