Family, friends and fans are still fighting to get over the shock of the death of Paul Walker in a fiery car crash two weeks ago. Hollywood Life reported on Dec. 14, 2013, that two weeks after his tragic death Walker was laid to rest at a cemetery in the Hollywood Hills. This was a very emotional ceremony for the "Fast and Furious" star.
After a great deal of mourning coupled with memorializing, the cremated remains of Walker were interred on Dec. 14 during a funeral at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills. Paul Walker’s friends and family gathered for the sad event. Those present at the funeral were struggling to control their emotions, with several fighting back tears.
The funeral for Walker was a private affair, reports the Los Angeles Times. Walker was killed with his friend Roger Rodas on Nov. 30 when a 600-horsepower 2005 Porsche Carrera GT driven by 38 year old Rodas crashed into a concrete light pole and a tree on Hercules Street near Kelly Johnson Parkway in Santa Clarita. 40 year old Walker was a passenger in the car. Both of them were declared dead at the scene of the accident, from a combination of traumatic injuries and burns. It's really very sad to see Walker and his friend pass away.
