Aka the Affordable Healthcare Act.

What’s this you cry? In spite of problems from within and without, the enrollment goal for Obamacare was met.

People are receiving health coverage, even folks with pre-existing conditions. And children in school can stay on their parents’ policies for a few more years.

Wait, John Boehner knows a guy whose premiums went up. Well then, let’s chuck the whole thing.

Not like the GOP ever lies. Or comes up with solutions.

Some of the problems with the new law were self-inflicted. There was, without question, website issues.

And the Republicans in Congress did vote against providing additional monies for needed tech services.

Not to mention the now 55 attempts to repeal a law that has been passed by both Houses of Congress, signed by the President and upheld by the Supreme Court.

As well as the deceptive ads and Koch money and finding people who will complain and yes, Ted Cruz.

Paul Ryan, the current one, is focused on basically repealing entitlement programs and the safety net.

He wants to dismantle Medicare and Social Security while slashing food stamps and welfare to bits.

The retirement income of Social Security together with health coverage for people when they become too old to work was a major accomplishment of government.

Even Tea Party folks like these programs: as evidenced in signs reading: Keep Your Government Hands off My Medicare. Usually one or more words are misspelled if found at a TP rally.

But Ryan will not be deterred. Each new budget he crafts brings ways, through vouchers or cuts, to disable these programs. And assumes that Obamacare will be repealed for his crazy numbers to work. A task that will take generations and decades such an evil and selfish act can be accomplished at all.

And since expanded health coverage will be continue to be so popular, needed and humane, then lies and artifice must be utilized to take it away from our citizenry

Government has many roles. The function of the Leviathan should not be limited to protecting the wealthy when they commit massive financial crimes, providing more tax cuts and fighting wars.

Really, more is needed.

So Paul Ryan of today, stop trying to shrink government and drown it in a bathtub. (Just an aside. Iceland and Ireland are prosecuting the banking gangsters. Vietnam just sentenced two to be executed by firing squad. )

Back to topic. Paul Ryan wants only to help the very wealthy. His future progeny will be there trying to disable affordable health care.*

* A theory.
