Paul McCartney, U2's Bono take center stage for Stella's latest fashion show (Video)

Paul McCartney, wife Nancy Shevell and Bono of U2 were among those in Paris Monday attending Stella McCartney's Fall/Winter 2013 Ready-to-Wear show, reported the Associated Press.

Stella McCartney's latest show, part of Paris Fashion Week, reflected a change in style, leaning more toward dark colors and pinstripes. "I wanted a refresh in a classical way," she told the Associated Press. "Women have a masculine side and if you tap into that, you find another part of yourself."

The event was delayed a half hour because Stella McCartney's father, former Beatle Paul McCartney, arrived late. Also attending the show was actress Jessica Alba.

Stella McCartney, in a detailed description of her winter line from her website, wrote “Exaggerated wrapping on coats and pinstriped tailoring. Circular side-kicks bring volume and movement forward on elongated skirts creating a dynamic silhouette. Lines are interrupted and redirected. Double sided stretch pinstripes contour the body, bringing softness onto structured pieces in midnight blue, black and charcoal.”
