Paul McCartney might be an established musician and a talented entertainer, but he has developed some interesting technology too. On Monday night the star reminded Jimmy Fallon that he started a few trends before people even knew it was possible. Sharing pictures of the star, Paul McCartney laid his claim to fame by suggesting he was the inventor of the "selfie" and "photobomb."
“PaulMcCartney invented the selfie and the photobomb,” tweeted Jimmy Fallon from his official Twitter account. Showing pictures to McCartney, the star revealed exactly what he was doing years ago and related it to how people acted today.
With a picture of himself in the mirror, Paul McCartney suggested it was the first selfie. Of course the camera was an old fashion square box, but the sediment was seen. Another picture reflected on a moment where he was seen in the background of a picture completely out of place. Sharing it was the first photobomb moment, fans found his suggestion entertaining.
Take a look at Paul McCartney’s first technology moments on the video clip. With selfies so common on social media, it’s tough to decide if the idea was a good invention or not.
