Paul McCartney and Jimmy Kimmel took to the top of the El Capitan theater in Hollywood and fans as far as the eye could see where waiting to hear the Beatles artist on Monday night. The epic concert shut down the famous street and gave fans a reason to play hooky as the tickets didn't cost and the weather was perfect.
“The @Myspace live stream of Sir @PaulMcCartney's performance on Hollywood Blvd. starts now!” tweeted Jimmy Kimmel from his official Twitter account. Once the feed was up, there appeared to be thousands of fans who flocked to see the concert.
The entertainer had fans around the world tuning into the broadcast posted on MySpace. Gracious to keep performing, this was a full concert that included 15 songs. Being that Paul McCartney brings in a big crowd, several blocks were shut down to accommodate the large crowds.
