PatsyPie introduces shelf-stable gluten-free crust

At last, a gluten-free pie crust that doesn’t need freezing.  PatsyPie® has created the first pre-baked, shelf stable, gluten-free pie crust called an Old-fashioned Crumble Crust.  

PatsyPie is a dedicated gluten-free bakery that doesn't use any preservatives, hydrogenated oils or fillers and promises their products have a homemade taste, texture and quality.  This gluten-free crust was a year and a half in the making and it has a shelf life of a year.  The crust is free of: gluten, dairy/casein, soy and egg, it is handmade, and it can be baked again if needed.  

PatsyPie has brought back the days of making cheesecakes and custard pies with their fill 'n serve crust.  Just think you could take the crust with you and prepare a fresh pie for the perfect dessert at a dinner party or Holiday dinner. For those of you who love using store-bought mixes, you can buy your favorite gluten-free filling mix and pour it into one of their gluten-free crust.  Simplicity at its finest!

The crust isn't up on their website yet, but orders can be placed by calling the company direct. You might even get to speak with Pat, the owner and baker, when you call.  There is an order minimum of six crusts and they sell for only $3.50 a piece.
